I recentlly installed a SBR MBC. I followed the steps described in the Tech Forum. My Problem is that the Car runs different amounts of boost in different gears at WOT. In second gear it will stay pinned at .6 bars(sorry for metric), 3rd gear at .8 bars and around .9 to 1 bar in 4th. I have also noticed at WOT when hitting bumps the boost will jump around. I am pretty sure someone else has ran into this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's generally going to happen. I only build about 14-16 pounds in first gear, 18-20 in second and finally build all of 24 in the rest of the gears. I can't explain why it does it but it is common to have that. I don't believe that the motor has time to spool the turbo all the way to 24 pounds on my car in first gear because that gear goes by so fast, especially after a hard launch.

After setting your boost, always test in 3rd, as this will be the most reliable input. 1st and 2nd will be lower than 3rd.

The gearing takes a lot of load off of the motor in the lower gears and once that load is present, full boost (in the absence of leaks) becomes realized.
