i drilled my VC and taped it for a barb fitting so i could use a catch can setup but now i wanna go back to a PCV setup. is there anyway for me to get my hands on a slightly bigger pcv valve and just use some jb weld to keep it tight in there? i think the stock one is gonna be to small for the hole i drilled out. what should i do?

The metric threaded hole in the the Valve Cover is very close in size to a 1/8" NPT tappered pipe thread. What size did you tap this to?

If you went to the 1/8" pipe, then it may still thread. I believe the stock thread is a metric British tappered thread. Almost the same pitch, just a hair smaller. Every time I enlarge this, I just shoot the tap in there and take it easy. You dont even have to drill.

Couple of problems if you don't find a larger PCV.

First, you could put a fitting in the head (whatever size fits), connec this to a hose that connects to a female fitting that accepts a stock PCV if you cut the snorkel tube off of it (maybe the tube will fit into the female fitting - don't know). Then run the vac line to the IM.

The problem is that the PCV has a tube on the end that protrudes into the head to act as a snorkel so that oil splashing off the wall of the VC won't enter the PCV when the IM is under vaccuum (sucking oil through the motor). If you don't have this, you'll pull oil into the IM under vaccuum moreso than if you have the stocker in there. I know that FORMONTOYA ran into this when experimenting with alternative PCV setups.

You might be able to JB Weld™ that into your VC, or you could get a VC from the junkyard, or get a new, shiney VC ($$$). If you're truly handy, you might be able to cap the stock PCV hole and drill/tap a new one, but I have no idea what's involved with that. Or maybe you could braze a snorkel on an NPT fitting that threads into the larger VC hole.
