What if the adjustment screw to my RS bov will not go in its hole? I was trying to set it harder and it screwed out instead. Now, when I try to tighten it down, it just kinda pops back up back to where I started at. What gives?

Sounds like you stripped something. You can try a couple layers of teflon tape temporarily, but try to retap it with a size bigger and get the appropriate sized screw.
