Autometer Coolant Temp/Oil Press Gauge

I just bought a set of Autometer Spot-Comp Coolant Temp and Oil Pressure Gauges. I did a search and could not find any good pics to where i can tap into. I read that for the Oil Pressure Sending unit I can Tap into the Head of my 2g Eclipse..Where?? For the Coolant Temp sensor where do i tap into. Some say to remove the stock sending unit and replace it with the autometer on but the auto meter sending unit only has one connection plus i would like to keep the stock sending unit. So where would be a good place to tap into..Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

On my oil pressure gauge i went right where the stock sending unit was, on the oil filter housing. I wanted to keep both my stock oil pressure gauge and my autometer one, so i went to the hardware store and picked up a female brass "t" fitting and a brass male into male pipe looking thing. Just make sure you RTV all the threads so that it doesn't leak. For your temp gauge, i have no idea. Hope all that stuff helps

alright i saw where i can possibly tap into for my oil press. i looked in other threads and saw that some people tapped near the oil filter. is this a good place? as far as the coolant temp sensor I was thinking of removing the stock sensor and installing the autometer sensor but I would like to keep the stock sensor if i could. can sombody post pics of their sensor or where they tapped in? The coolant temp sensor for the gauge is the one with one connection is this correct? can i use my autometer gauge with the stock sensor?
