im new to the site and this is my second thread.....hi and hello to everyone!! first of i'd like to thank the creators of this site b/c it's helped me numerous times before. now on to the technical questions, i have a 91 galant gsx awd, and i swapped out the stock 4g63 and put in the 4g63t, now with that said i just bought a tsudo n1 3" dp, i have a vibrant 3" metal core cat on the way and was wondering if the exhaust piping of any 1g dsm is similar or exact to that of my galant gsx. i've been told they are the same but before i spend the money on the cat back i just want to get a solid answer from anyone that knows the difference. any info and/or pics that i can reference to would be great. thanks to anyone who replies!!

should i buy a cat back for a 1g eclipse awd???? i think that's probably the closet one to fit ...but still i am unsure...i weld so making an putting an exhaust together is no problem, i live in pa on the northeast side and as far as piping and someone that has a mandrel bender i'm kinda screwed as far as that goes. so that's why i just wanted to know if anyone has a good idea of the fitment or if maybe someone has done the same setup on one of the galant gxs'...

All of the bends are in the same place as a 1g awd, but the exhaust on a Galant is about 6" longer and the hangers are in different places. My cousin has a 1g awd exhaust on his Galant GSX and it works ok. If you're handy with a welder and you don't mind taking the time to move the hangers, and possibly extend the exhaust a bit, it will work just fine.

thanks a lot for the info....by any chance does anyone have any pics available.....it would help greatly!!!
