quick question about my 2nd gear.

is my second gear supposed to top out at 78 mph? it seems kinda long. im not complaining im just wondering if that is normal..

not bouncing off the rev limiter. but damn near it. 7100-7200 rpm.

Here's a quick break down of topspeed in each gear i hope this helps it sounds like there's something wrong with your speed sensor, or do you have smaller size tires or rim and tire combo then stock becuase that can off-set the speedo.
