what axles do i need ??????

hears my problem i have a 91 eagle talon fwd turbo i broke my tranny and i got a 93 tranny when i put in my axles they just spin in the diff it seams like the side of the axle the goes in to the tranny has to be bigger


some one told me that 93,94 fwd turbo uses a difrent axle


if enyone has these axles or know wear i can get them lost me know

Wrong. 93-94 FWD turbo trannies had bigger axles. The shaft that goes into the tranny is different but the hub from 90-94 is the same.

This is correct. In 93, they changed the diameter of the axle and shaft into the fwd tranny.

If you don't want to spend much cash head to a salvage yard. If you want brand new most auto parts stores will carry them, however they usually want a core exchange. Seeing as your old axles won't be the same as the new ones you need ,you might have to try and con the part-timer workin the counter. Just bring in your old axles and see if he notices the difference. Worked for me, theres this little wiener that works at parts source by my place and I actually traded him my power steering rack for a manual (saved myself 150 beans)

yes 93 the holes was bigger in the FWD trannys.

i would say if you have about 300 to 350 WHP i would just get new oem from like autoparts store shouldnt be to much .

i called pep boys auto zone advance auto parts and napa and they all tell me 90 to 94 fwd turbo axles are the same (part number) but there not 93-94 are diffrent does eny one have a set i can buy from them?
