ahhh low oil pressure

My car has been running really sluggish lately... i have the boost set at 13psi on a more or less stock setup besides a k&n + UICP. Anyways my stock oil pressure gauge is reading below the first nick most of the time even after i floor it. What should i check for / how can i get my car running better?? thanks alot

I'm assuming you already checked the oil level. If your oil filter has not been changed in a while it could be semi-clogged. Thats all I got for basic stuff.
