Intake question

Ok I'm a bit confused about getting an intake pipe and air filter.

For example, which intake pipe would fit:

where would the MAF go with this filter?

The top pics are for 1G's the bottoms are for 2G's. You need a MAF adapter plate to make that filter fit on a 2G.

intake pipes are kind of expensive to me, i just got my own pipe off of a car that came in the car auction ( I work there weekends ) and fabbed it to a sort of cold air set up ( only problem with doing this on a 1g if your relocating it is making sure the cord that plugs into the mas reaches were your trying to put )

make sure to get the recirculator style unless you want your car to die all the time.
