ok this is my problem first i crashed the car then the car sat at the shop for about five months with the hood off now i got it back the body is complete and the mechanic changed my fuse box he hooked it up the car looks like it never had any damage at all except for the parts that i still need to paint but now the car wont start. when i went to pick up the car the mechanic told me he started it up but then it died on him he thought it was out of gas but to put some in and start it. the car cranks over but im not getting any spark and i dont hear the gas pump switch on ive checked the wires on the fuse box and theyre all connected and getting power ive checked the wires going to the relays on the driverside firewall they also have power the ignition coil doesnt have power thought im thinking the problem could be at the relays or the cam/cranks sensor could be shutting my system off also the front headlights wont turn on they are the halo projection ones any advice would be helpfull

Like a mosquito in a nudist colony, I don't know where to start. Check your engine fuse for sure. Crash cars can be extremely hard to diagnose depending where they were hit. I've seen repairs where the wires were accidentally soldered to the wrong counterpart wires. Get a schematic and start with checking for 12 volts to the coil and injectors. Check for the pcm grounding the injectors. Check to see if the fuel pump comes on when you turn the key on. Crank engine, does the fuel pump make noise? Check for 12 volts to the fuel pump. I've seen them go bad while in my shop and for no good reason. Give us some actual voltage readings and specific tests.

Good Luck

Check all your battery cable connections. It may sound weird but I had an old 1G where the radio worked, the lights came on, but the windows, power locks would not work and it would only start sometimes. Probably not the same issue, but bad cables can mess things up, and it never hurts to check.

i have a similar prob... im not getting any fuel when i turn the key to on i dont hear the fuel pump turn on, and when i crank the motor i hear a weird noise coming from what seems to be the back left of the car, what kind of noise would it make if it was dead?

if it was dead you would hear the clicking of the fuel pump for sure. Id tell the dude who fixed it to get back to work on it and make it work again. You shouldnt have to redo what he already did. Maybe if possible and the sound is loud enough post a sound clip to better aid in whats going wrong
