HKS Programed Fuel Computer System

I have a PFC F-CON made bby HKS it has a Fuel Cut Defender installed on it. I also have a MAF-T with a HKS BOV. Do I need to use both of these together or can I just use the HKS Programed Fuel Computer System untill I can install my new Spinner intake? There are also three wires green, yellow and blue. What do I connect these wires to? Isearched the forums but couldn't find anything.
