Ok i brought my car up on the lift to fill the tranny, and it was leaking baddd
At first i thought rear main seal, but i dont think its taht..
i brought it to cottman transmissions, and they said it was a "Input Shaft", they said the input shaft is oblonged so its moving all wobly and crap so its causing the input shaft seal to leak...
Anyone know how hard it is to replace an input shaft?
Not including dropping the tranny?
is it just better to buy a whole new tranny?
i dont really want to get a whole new trans ### this one has a brand new clutch, new synchros, new 2nd gear..
