Like the title says i have ricer blink but it comes and goes i have been looking for a broken wire or a wire that might be grounding out but i cant find it. It all started when i put on my fmic i thought it was do to taking out the fog lights but when i plugged them back in it was still doing the same thing. I have changed the bulbs about four times like i said it worked fine for about a month and just started again. Any input would help on where to start or how to fix it.

yea it blinks like the bulb is out. You know you always see it on hondas where whey have changed the headlight setup.

Generally on a 2g, if your blinkers blink fast, you have a blown bulb. My right signal does it and it has since one of my tail light bulbs went out. I have been lazy and have not fixed it yet ( only been 6 months and money spent on that means less money for performance parts :sneaky: ). Look at your bulbs, you should find your problem there.

My bulbs are new it started on my way home from the shoot out i went and got new ones thinking that would fix it. I will replace them again and see but like i said it comes and goes like today they worked fine then went back to blinking really fast then back to normal.

make sure the polarities of the wires are correct going to the bulbs. I had an issue where the wires were switched from the previous owner and thankfully a friend found out. Also, are you using some strange aftermarket bulb that you got off ebay? Just a question.

No it is just a bulb from auto zone that i got on my way back from the shootout. I don't know what is going on. I have checked for broken wires frayed wires and or anything that might ground them out. I am still working on this problem it all started after i installed my fmic.

Thanks you guys i got it fixed. I didn't realize that the plug for the bulb was in two peaces when i split them there was all sorts of corrosion on it. So i just cleaned it off real good and put it back together and it works fine now. Thank again.

Check the sockets for corrosion.

This is definatley your problem. If cleaning doesn't work permanetly, get a new socket and hardwire it in. The pins could also be pushed down too far and not making contact. I have run into this problem on a few cars. Wish I could find a southern car ;)
