Lots of blue smoke, good compression, timing, vacume no oil in licp. Why burning oil?

The problem happened after I bounced off the rev limiter in first gear at 7500rpms for few seconds. Smoke is now pouring out of my exhaust like it just got seafoamed. Idle, cruise accelerating, deaccelerating, boosting, not boosting always smoke. Before this it never smoked one bit. Boost lag, and slower performance. Engine and turbo have about 2000 miles. Things I checked:
Boost leaks (none)
Oil in licp (none)
Compression 165-175
Cam timing (perfect)
Vacume (-20)
No oil in coolant
Idle ( had bad idle since I started the engine for 1st time but still idles between 1000-2000 as prior)

Looking down at my cylinders 2 and 3 are black and wet as 1 and 4 are just black

When cylinders 2 and 3 are at the bottom of the stroke looking in the spark plug hole there is a circle where it is not black about the size of a valve and about where it would hit if it did, but cylinders 1 and 4 (the dry ones) dont have that
Im stumped on this one, help is appreciated:confused:

Well man, I have some bad news for you. It is most likely one of two thing. It might be that you slightly bent a valve or mest up the valve set. That would cause oil to get into the cylinders. The other thing it could be (this would be what I would put money on) is that you cracked a few valve guides. I have seen that happen before when ramping up the engine to high. That would explain still having good compression and vacume. That might also explain the ring the size of a valve in 2 and 3. hope that helps

First off, having a bent valve will not put oil into the cylinders. Blown valve seal would. Second, it is hugely unlikely to crack a guide, considering that it's pressed into the head, with constant pressure working on it from the outside.
It's more likely that valve ground the guide from the inside, delveloping a wobble, and ripping the seal. That can be spotted by removing valve cover and looking at the seals through valve springs with a flash light.

Busted rings care also a possibility, and oil getting into the cylinder maintains your compression, throwing you off.

I forgot to mention that I took off the valve cover and everything seemed normal and in place. But I didnt look at the seals with a flash light. Ill give that a try. Ill also try to make a homemade leakdown tester and find out what the results are with that

Turbo seals? Check out prices. You might see that it's worth it to get it rebuilt. Or you can just buy a new one. Contact AGP. Although they don't sell that turbo anymore, they might give you a warranty of some sort.

Yeah, it's leaking from the turbo seals, but according to a local performance shop it has more shaft play than it should and the blades contact with the compressor housing slightly Im goning to be sending it to agp to atleast find out the cause of failure.

yea i thought it may have had something to do with your turbo. my turbo is shot now and has the same smoke problems like yours does.
