hey wondering if anyone has bought a boost controler off ebay or if it would be a good idea to get one off of there

As long as its a brand name controller. Dont buy some crappy $10 MBC, you wont be happy. Hallmans are really good. Look in the classified here bet there are lots of people selling MBC's

I got the hallman es off of ebay looks great and am installing sometime this week

I made my own. It was cheap and works. You can't really have a partially working MBC... It either works or it doesn't. I'd say go with the eBay if the price difference is that much.

If you just research the one you are wanting to buy it would be fine as long as you research. Please read the description when you buy off of ebay I know a lot of people that get ripped off because they just read the title and not the descrition and got some peice of crap that dosn't work and can't do anything because they didn't take the 2 minutes it takes to read the entire descrition. Take in account shipping as well.
