I need to know exactly what my car is supposed to weight from factory - both total weight, curb weight etc.

I can't find anything for my specific model - a 98 eclipse GS w/AT trans.

Also, is it in any way possible to get any real documents from Mitsubishi or other trusted source that states my car's weight, exhaust emission level, sound level, brake lengths and such info?

I live in a stupid country where the paper is more important than actually checking the car - and thus it's not possible to register the car without a document.

Weight should be inside the drivers side door jam, I don't know where your going to find that other info though.

if you go to the stealership with the vin they can pull EVERYTHING on that car and that should work since the document came from Mitsu

Or you can take it to the scrap yard and put it on the scale LOL ROFL
Thats the funny thing - they have a weight at the station, but they won't use it - instead they register it with the weight on the document, which usually is not accurate at all.

flyinghighlm: The car is bought used in US and exported, so i have no idea where it was originally bought. Does anyone know any big official Mitsubishi dealers that maybe can create any such documents for me? (preferably with website/email)

Umm ok...But I made my own list, much more complete then the Pro-street one and put it in the Wiki. I was suggesting a new section for the wiki. Not sure why the post got moved here LOL. I also collected information from those 250 threads on this forum for the list.
