help with motor swap (1g)

im putting a used motor in my 93 gsx and im running into some problem with the new motor. i have the japenese motor with the cyclone manifold and some of the vacuum lines are different. also there is no EGR vavle on the cyclone manifold like the one on the american motor would i just need to cap the lines off? also the oil pump is different? is there a way to make that run with an oil cooler? im wondering if anyone else has done the same swap and what you did to get it running any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
 
okay first off ditch the cyclone manifold and use your 1g it is better in the long run... the cyclone if it is a true dual runner is only effective with mild motors and not worth the pain of hooking up... i just did a jdm in my friends 90 and he will tell you go 1g mani all the way... you dont need the egr you can leave it capd off or unplugged you dont need the array of vac lines you can delete them and just cap your throttle body vac nipples.... also i think when you say oil pump you mean oil filter housing??? if so you just need to find a 90 filter housing with the in and out for the oil so you can run it with a cooler...but if you are using your 93 remember to cap the coolant lines....
