Alright, I just recently purchased a brand new PTE Scm5031 setup for an o2 housing ext. WG. All the o2 housings I could find that were flanged for a ext. WG were all in 2.5" Well my Megan downpipe is 2.25" at the flange to where it bolts to the o2 housing. My o2 housing hasn't arrived yet, but what can I expect? Would it fit or what am I goign to have to do?

Worst case scenario is that you have to have the 2.25" section on your downpipe replaced with 2.5" tubing. It might almost be worth it to do anyway to eliminate one more restriction.

Heres the problem, I'm from a smaller town and we don't have any mandrel benders.

I suppose they could just simply take the flange off and then stick the 2.25" side in the spreader and spread it out a bit then machine the flange out a bit and weld it back?
