HELP on big 16g installed

helps please... i'm still new at this.... ok here's what i got so far:

dejon uicp w/ hks bov.
injen intake w/ k&n filter
3" down pipe
custom 3" piping with my Apexi N1 muffler
walbro 255 fuel pump
greddy profec b boost controller
PWR fmic intercooler
2g install kit
and my td05h big 16g.

now i need help on installing my new turbo.... help of how and pics please. or any site to help me. also what would i need next to really help me get 300hp. thanks.

You deffinately want to pick up some injectors, and something to tune with.

yeahhh... that was my next thing that i would want. i was thinking of 550 injectors. but can you guys provide pics of how to install a 16g. the shop want $250. to install it. i thinks it's a little too much.

why not 660s? Don;t forget about some kind of loggers. Do not rush this! Take you time read up on stuff figure out what you need and what kind of goals you have! Here is a 2g install http://www.vfaq.com/mods/2G-16G.html 250 doesn't seem to bad for them to do it. Saves you from breaking bolts and what not. But wheres the fun in saying you did it your slef! I would also order new turbo mainfold bolts. Just in case someone breaks at 2 am when you are trying to finsh it up! AFPR would also be a good idea.
When you do the install don't forget Oil, coolant and thread locker..Should just do a oil change and start out with some fresh oil. Then when you get it in make sure to "prime" the turbo by just letting oil and coolant run though but with out starting it.

ok... thanks for the info. ok so do i just let it sit and have all the oil go through it first. what is "prime" i'm really new at this. exhaust manifold is not a bad thing. thanks.

I think what we did was pull the fuel pump fuse or somthing so that the car did start just cranked it over a few times just to make sure oil was flowing though the turbo..Don't get a lead foot either. Take it around the block and close enough to push back! Then pull it back in and make sure nothing is leaking. When I did my 14b install i was new to it all too. Just try searhing though here, Look at the tech articles and the upgrade path for a 2g kinda helps with what you need and stuff.
