Methanol AND Nitrous??

I'm a newb to dsmtuner, but not to DSMs, so take it easy on me. I've got a 50 trim on a built motor running 16lbs street and 26-28lbs with methanol (pump gas) I'm looking to add a 100 shot direct port. Has anybody ran methanol AND a bottle?? Or has anyone heard of any potential problems, with mixing the two? I'm running AEM ems.
