Stock turbo in 95' GST with no 02 housing bad??

On my 95' Eclipse GS-T, I have no 02 Housing on my car right now BUT it is sitting inside my house..It's a port polished 02 housing made for my Apexi N1 Turbo back exhaust. I will eventually get this 02 housing put on but as of right now my car should be running steady at 15 psi but when I hit it, it just up to 20 psi and stays there for the most part....Since my stock T25 turbo is pushing so much boost, will this eventually kill my turbo unless I put the 02 Housing on? I am hoping that once I put my 02 housing on, this will stop and my turbo will stay at putting out 15 psi steady. What do you guys think??

What are you running in its place, or are you just blowing the exhaust gases all over your engine bay? ( not good ) If I were you I would just go out and throw it on its only 4 botls . What gauge is telling your running 20 lbs ? The T-25 cant HOLD that PSI no matter what. Its just to small.

well I mean the stock one is on which I forgot to mention in my previous post but I have a bigger and better one in my house..I would have put this on like months ago but I need to like 2 bolts out of 4 off of my stock one but its really hard to get to and one of the bolts is severely stirpped thanks to me wrenching on it but I will eventually get this off by using some type of fire tool or cutter to burn/cut the damn thing off its just a big pain in the ass just sitting here looking at it when it could be put to good use.
