pulled out my front balance shaft to install my eliminator kit, didnt really notice anything wrong untill i popped out the front bearing, then noticed that there wasnt a rear bearing!!... looked at the shaft, and it was all damaged from smacking around inside the block. This doesnt bother me that much, since Im not re-installing them, but it however, ob-long where the rear bearing is supposed to go.. You should be able to tell from the picture, that the rear bearing doesnt fit.

So now, what am I supposed to do? Ill be able to block off the front journal because luckly that bearing fits. But what about the rear? I tryed to take off the little access screw, and it wont budge. Any ideas? Thanks guys!

I had the exact same thing happen to me, the car jumped timing and the bearing ended up in the bottom of the oil pan, i managed to install the new bearing, i believe your only option is to drill out the screw and plug the oil feed since the bearing will not hold in place if the damage is too excessive.
