Ok I feel really dumb asking this question but im desperate I have searched the honda forums far and wide and havent came up with anything. My friend and I are boosting his 87 civic si hatch (all stock no stupid "swaps" here) and we are putting the SAFC 2 in it and we have everything hooked up. Except for the pressure signal wire (it uses a map sensor I believe instead of a Karmen setup like our cars). There is no wire diagrams that I can find that specifically tell you what wires to use. It has been done before on this vacume advance fuel injected motor with some good results.
Ok in the chiltons ecu wire diagram we have narrowed the the wires down to 2 wires. One is called the absolute manifold pressure wire and the other wire is called the barametric pressure wire. What wire would I hook the Safc wires too? and would I even use these wires? They were the only wires that had to do with air intake volume.
We need this in order to put the dsm 450cc injectors in and to bolt a stock side mount and T-25 on.
I have posted the same question on redpepperracing a couple times and nobody wants to help or doesnt know plus at any given time there is like 10 people on the whole site. I have searched hommade turbo and honda tech and a couple others with no find. Apexi has one diagram that is close to the three plug ecu but it is for a 89 acura and a couple of the wires are wrong.
I just need somebody with a little safc knowlege to help, and dsm ers seem to be alot more humble and willing to help than alot of other people. Please dont get mad at this Honda post and ban me I live on this site it is my home page.
