synchro cost?

after reading many posts i found out that i need a new 1st gear synchro. so anyone have any idea how much im lookin at paying to get this thing fixed? as of now im just shifting from 2nd to 1st and driving that way but i dunno if thats hurting the tranny more or wearing 1st gear more as time goes on, i dun wanna lose the gear completely. any thoughts on prices?

syncros for your entire tranny are like $175 max ... just do them all.

where can i get them from? and are double syncros possible to buy and install myself?
