Are there any sites on the net where I can download a DSM REPAIR Manual or a Dode Neon REPAIR Manual in .PDF format?

This has been discussed before, you can find many of that nature on ebay for like $5. Its the DSM Tech Manual which is better than the repair manuals you can buy at the store.

I tried to buy the CD version on Ebay and got screwed. I mean it was only 10 bucks including shipping, but the guy still never sent it. he has like a 1100 approval rating or something too.
