after a snapped timing belt, i had to get my engine rebuilt. we the engine in the car, but when the car is running now, the turbo is spooling at idle, you can hear a misfire at about 1800 rpms, and fuel response is about 1.5 seconds delayed until you get to 3000 rpms. from 3000 rpms on, the car runs fine. does this sound like a timing problem to you guys?
.When doing the cam gears, the exhaust gear likes to move up slightly when putting your belt on. As far as your turbo boosting at idle, possibly check for boost leaks, vacuum leaks, etc...
