i am about to purchase a logger. wanted to know has anyone ever brought from these people dsmloggers.com

the logger i am about to purchase is the 2G datalogging kit. is this a good logger thanks for the advice.

They have everything you need in a good package, but it's too expensive for me. I'd just pick up a Palm m105 off eBay ($50) and order the MMCD software and datalogging cable from [email protected] ($30). THen you get everything you need for half the price.

:edit: Nevermind, I didn't realize he only sells 1G datalogging cable and software.

That's not that bad of a deal. The software is free, but once you factor in the connector and a palm, if you don't have one...
I have the same logging set up, but I already had a palm, and just got the connector. The OBD-II interface cost me about $90 (tax/shipping). To me he's only making about $20 profit for a reliable convienent package.

I bought the palm the cable and software off an ebay seller for 65$ shipped and it works great

Yeah, the mmcd software is free, which I didn't realize at the time of making that post.

But did you really need to resurrect this thread just to point that out?
