1G-specific Fluid change?

What kind of fluid do I need to put in the tranny xcase and diff? I plan on using Synchromesh in the tranny but what do I use for the x-case and diff? Are there any how-tos and pics ### I dont know where the bolts are.

If I were you I would just go spend 10 bucks on a shop manual, I use haynes, that way you can figure this stuff out quick and when you need it. And trust me, you will need it. Im not sure about what type of fluids though.

I found the info at vfaq.com
Tools Needed
17mm & 24mm sockets
Breaker Bar
Funnel (see Funnel Notes)
6 ft of hose (max 1/2" outer diameter)
3 qts of GL4 Gear Oil (i.e. Redline MT90)
1 qt of GL5 Gear Oil (i.e. Redline 75W90)
Drain pan

Capacities
Transaxle: 2.4 qrts
Transfer Case GL4: 0.5 qrts
Differential GL5: 0.9 qrts

I got confused for a sec ### of the capacities but then I realized that Tranny and transfer case take the same fluid. Can I use synchromesh for bothe transfer case and transmission?
