let me help you before you get the shit flamed out of you. there is a thing called the vfaq. which is located here www.vfaq.com.

bookmark it. you will need it later. these guys dont like simple questins that can be answered using the search function or a lil looking around. with that said. enjoy

yo, there should be 3 wires coming off the a/f gauge.............

Black-ground
Red-switched power, I used the blue wire coming off the cigarette lighter
purple(other)- goes to pin 76 on the ECU.........locate the top plug on the ECU. There is a three WHITE wire group. Splice into the middle white wire(pin 76)..........

Next time, a search or vfaq will get you your answer immediately.............

Locked because the question was answered and has been aswered many time plus people can't search before posting like it says in the red letters.

i have read about how to install the a/f gauge but i cant find the stupid O2 sensor wire i have looked for like half and hour and cant find it anywhere, all of the buddle of wires move like a millimeter in each direction so that makes it hard to find, any pointers of where i might find it or what colour of wire its hooked up to any help would be good...

well lets see here. red goes to a constant 12v. black goes to a good ground. the purple goes to the 02 sensor wire. Its the number 4 wire in the pic.

And Do NOT bump your threads. If you do it again Ill be forced to kill you. J/K. just dont do it. if someone knows, they will answer, just be patient.

I was about to Instally my A/F gauge on my car, but i can't find any instructions on where to attatch the power wire, i read it is a wire with a black stipe that goes to the ECU, but that pretty much got me nowhere..any help is appreciated, Thanks Josh

the O2 sensor wire is usually all that anybody needs help with...but beyond that:

*12V power source while key is in "ON" (i found this using a multimeter and switching the key around)
*any ground

neuralracing, yea just splice it. or get those little side-tap things, whatever. you just need to get at the signal somehow.

so...anybody know where i can find one of those ECU diagrams for a 96 accord? gotta love having a car as unpopular as that as your primary.

i just need to know where to tap the purple wire. the vfaq website said by the kick panel i think but im not sure as to what they are trying to say. i some one could post a pic that would be great
