Ok, so i just swapped my 90 GST engine with a jdm one. I switched back the old intake manifold. I have everything installed and ready to go, all OEM parts except for no EGR and a boost controller. I goto start her up and it just cranks over, so i dedcided to check for spark, well im only get spark out of 1 and 4. 2 and 3 are gettin nothing. Before the swap im pretty sure i was gettin spark out of all 4. it almost starts up, i can hear it trying, but obvoiusly without spark from 2 and 3 its not gonna.

what do you guys thing could be my problem? if you need some more info let me know.

Check coil and power transistor for 2-3. That pesky power transistor will ruin your day if the connector has wiggled loose. My money's on that. Don't quote me since it's been a while but I believe the coils run 4-1-2-3 while firing order is 1-3-4-2. If that's not the case then my suggestion is bumpkis.

Also I found this for you from someone else who swapped.
