1G-specific Anyone ever installed a FAZE Boost Gauge??? ### HELP

this is the wierdest thing ever ...doesnt come with a T ??? says manifolds have removable plugs and im supposed to remove the plug and put the compression fitting in to install my boost gauge ... i'm really angry about this i just bought the thing today i already wanna take it back, not supposed to be a complicated thing installing a boost gauge... :thumbdown

There is a line you can T off of that comes off the manifold and goes to some solenoid on the firewall here is a link to a diagram, thats what i did it works fine.

I have a FAZE guage but I made a fitting to go from the plastic tubing to a vaccum hose. Then I just use a vaccum hose to a boost source on the manifold.

Isn't Faze the brand of gauges they sell at Pep-Boys?


You can buy vacume T's there seperately for like a dollar.

Just buy a t fitting and make sure you use real vaccume hose not that cheap plastic that it comes with.
