What kind of HP do these guys running 10s have?

Hey guys. As the title reads I was wondering about what amount of HP do these guys running 10s in their DSM's have? No I am not asking because I want to put that amount of HP in my car and then expect to run 10s or anything crazy like that. I am genuinely interested in just knowing the amount of HP that is necessary for that kind of performance. Preferably with a vehicle with AWD. Thanks a lot and I appreciate the knowledge. Also let me say I realize that power of the car is not the only factor, driver skill plays a large role. However, I am asking an average amount of horsepower needed for a slightly above average driver. I am really not looking to see someone post "well if your a REALLY good driver you can do it with 450HP" or anything like that. I am asking what an AVERAGE driver can do and what the AVERAGE amount of HP that these guys that are running 10s have. Also let me also add that I am looking for the HP without NOS. Just a good old fashioned 4G63 engine thats modded, and of course turbocharged. Thanks a lot guys.
