I can answer a few of your questions.
It's difficult to see the build quality from that picture, however it doesn't look like a very good design.

is this for a external or internal wastegate? whats the diffrence?
what wastegate to get?
|
The manifold is for an external gate. You don't HAVE to use an external gate with it (you could block up the wastegate flange and run a turbo with an internal gate). However, you do get better boost control and flexibility with an external gate.

and what else do I need to make a complete turbo kit?

This is up to you and goal you have in mind for your car. You'll need to do more research and decide for yourself. The range of parts just to get a turbo working on the car to a well running turbocharged car is very large.

and what about the FMIC how can I bolt that up? how do the pipes run into the FMIC?
|
FMIC pipes run from the turbo outlet through the intercooler, then into the throttlebody. This piping is going to need to be custom fit to whatever turbo setup you end up picking. A FMIC may not even be necessary - again depending on what your goals are. An intercooler may not even be necessary.

and how would I bolt this up to my 420a?
Can sombody give me the step on how I could bolt this up to my 420a?
I am seriously thinking about buying this...and what PSI can I run on a setup like this with stock internals? I wouldn't mind if I had to run a low PSI until I can upgrade for a HRC kit or something...thankz in advance for any help
and I am generally a newbie when It comes to turbo systems..but I know alittle....

This manifold goes in place of your current exhaust manifold. Not to be demeaning, but if you didn't know that I suggest that you don't try to put together your own turbo setup right now. Do some more research and learn how a turbo system works first. Find out what you need to do to your car to support it. Nobody can give you an answer on what parts to buy when your question is so broad. You'll need to figure out what you want/need first and then we can help you more.
