Weird Whining sound?[Video]

I have a 1995 GSX that has a vr-4 6bolt swap. I just put in a new ACT 2600 Xtreme Clutch with a new streetlight flywheel, other modifications that were done at the same time were, 550's replaced with PTE 680's, New water pump,Removal of Cruise Control,Clutch fork,new lower rad hose.Put in new 5-30w Royal purple for engine oil. I just dont understand what this sound is? I definitely didnt have this sound before this! If someone can let me know, i'd really appreciate it!

hows the pedal feel? does it engage in 1st normally? does it go into every gear? how far off the floor is the pedal when it starts to move forward? did you shim the pivot ball?
does the sound go away once the car is warmed up? are your belts properly tightened?
show a video of your engine bay with the noise.

It goes into every gear beautifully, Engages properly,Pedal feels good doesn't feel out of ordinary,Pivot ball is good never had any problems with it,even with the old clutch. I just replaced timing belt with a whole OEM Kit. I'll have to make another video tomorrow when i go to work since its sitting at the warehouse i work at.
