Any DSMers in the Milwaukee area?

Hey just wondering looking to see who lives around the milwaukee area and if anyone is planning some events in the area this summer. Also, does anyone know if there is a close tuning shop with an AWD dyno? Currently I am planning on taking my car to AMS in Chicago, but was hoping there was a respectable shop closer by. Thanks!

I am local also -- Waukesha area. As for the shop to go to, Beyond Redline Performance in Green Bay, WI is the best Wisconsin shop to go to for DSM's as well as having an in-house AWD dyno with a very competent tuner. I have stood behind them for years, and the end product has always been top-notch!

As for races, I will likely be making one or two Import Drag Wars this season at GLD once the car is back up and running. I will probably not be racing until July though, as it is in the process of changing from 766AWHP to a 900+AWHP setup, and I need to complete my 8-second cagework and safety stuff. I am only currently legal for 9's and less than 150mph traps with the existing cage setup.

Wow, impressive GSX, and thanks for the advice. I am from Waukesha as well and am fairly new to the DSM scene but am quickly learning and have some big plans for my car.

I was planning on taking my car down to Great Lakes as well this summer, after the addition of a few more mods and a good tune, just to see what she can do, I can tell you I won't be running 9's though, haha.

I am from the northern chicago area. As far as shops around here that i know is AMS like always and another i like going to is Devo Tuning in Villa park, il. There a respected shop but lack a dyno. They are still trying to get one.

Welcome. When I dyno my car again I would take it Beyond Redline. They usually have dyno days once a year around this time, I don't know if they are doing that again?

i live in muskego, well my parents do... i am currently stationed out in england... ive been home for the last 2 weeks n have another 10 days left or so...on friday, i was with a buddy on highway 100 for a lap before we hit the bars and wow it has gotten really bad.... tuner/muscle car enthusiasts have literally taken over the roads... a good amount of dsm's on the road though.... i have to say living out in so cal from 05-08 and talkin with socal dsm'ers, wisco dsm'ers dont like to shoot the shit.... in cali dsm'ers are trying to track you down if they see you on the road to bs and what not...
