OK, you are going to need all your parts, so here's the list
Timing belt
BS belt(recommended, but not necessary)
Water pump and gaskets
TB tensioner
idler pulley
tensioner adjuster tools, not sure of part numbers

do all regular precautions for working on a car, but also drain the coolant system.

Remove the belts as needed for these three steps.
Ok first take out the power steering pump, and move it aside.

Then loosen the alternator, and try to create as much room as possible by moving it forward.

Loosen the AC belt adjuster/tensioner, and remove the AC belt.

remove the cam gear cover

remove the water pump pulley

remove all the screws from the Timing belt cover, there should be like 11-12 of these, make sure you have a system to remeber where they went, a cardboard cut-out will do nicely, there is one long bolt, and trying to play guess and check here is hell during re-assembly. pull the timing belt cover out, it goes with some wiggling

remove the front driver's wheel, and the plastic cover directly behind it. you should now face the crank pulley

take a 1/2 inch breaker bar, and turn the engine to TDC, you will be able to check this by using the marks on the cam gears, when they line up, piston 1 is at TDC. mark where the oil pump is positioned, and mark it, this is cruical to the re-fitment of the belt.

take two spring clamps and clamp the belt down to the cam gears, this will prevent the belt from jumping and will make it easier to keep everything aligned.

loosen the tensioner and back the screw out using the special tools, insert the long piece from the back of the engine, it should be visible with the cover off.

Pull the belt off from the bottom up, or whichever way works for you, but try to leave it on the cam gears if possible.

remove the water pump, and scrape off the gasket material left on there.

at this point you should be able to remove the tensioner and the pulley.

the tensioner is a tricky piece, when you are ready to put the new one back on, it should have a pin in the shaft that does the "tensioning" install it with the pin on, install the pulley, but don't pull the pin until later.

thats about all i know, if someone else wants to take over for re-assembly, that'd be cool

im out, peace
