DSM GURU needed (car won't start) at the end of my rope

Hello everyone this is my first post on the forum but I have done a good bit of research on my issue. My car will not start for whatever reason, I have tried to the best of my ability to troubleshoot the issue according to post on this site and others and everything checks out. I am now seeking the help of someone in my southern MD area to lend me a hand. I have no problem paying whomever helps I just need my car started as I don't have the time to continue fooling with it. does the car crank?

Some ideas for a no-start issue on a 1G:

Water temp sensor bad
Leaking caps on the ECU
Plugs
wires
coilpack
power transistor
injector resistor pack
Cam Angle sensor
Have you checked and ruled these out?
