You MD people are so lucky. I have to drive from IA in the DSM, that's a 9 hour or more trip. Made it last year, by myself.

Normally September, if delayed they jump to October. The 26th is a Friday this year, so we can assume that weekend.

Buschur Racing, Dynoflash, DSM Tuners, and Exedy Clutches
-Saturday, August 16th. Open house, dyno shootout and car show held at Buschur Racing in Wakeman, Ohio. Don't miss this, it is a huge turn out and great time.
***Change for 2008's dyno competition. There will be TWO classes this year. One for Stock Appearing Turbo's DSM/EVO and another for NON Stock Appearing Turbo's DSM/EVO.
-Sunday, August 17th. Gates open at Norwalk Raceway park at 8am. Track closes at 5 pm

VENDORS. I accept vendors at the shootout. The booth space is $500 for each vendor. It can be paid the day of the race or earlier if you like. It gets your booth space (any size) and up to 5 people in on Sunday.
CLASS SPONSORS. Always interested in having new sponsors on board. Each class is $1500 to sponsor. This gets your name on the trophies, announcements throughout the day about your business, your company display in with vendor status and 5 people. Saturday at our open house a limited size display can be put up at our open house. Your display space is unlimited on Sunday at the track.

BANNED BUSINESS's
Norwalk Arby's. REMEMBER DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY OR EVEN GO INTO THE PARKING LOT OF THE NORWALK ARBY'S. ARBY's doesn't want us there, they do not like our "crowd".
Wakeman Hardware. Another business that doesn't get it. The owner of the hardware store also owns the vacant lot next to our shop, this year it was roped off as he will not allow us to park there, even after I mowed this property for 2 full years for him as a (free) favor. Do not visit the store, do not use his bathroom.......he doesn't like that either. He is also one of the last or at this point probably THE last remaining business is our small town that is fighting having the street closed off for our event.

There are a few hotels in Avery which is about 5 minutes from Norwalk, even closer than Huron. The drive is literally right up the road to Norwalk. There are about 4 or 5 hotels in that area, you may want to look into those?
