Just checking to see who's gonna make it out to NOPI on the 25th and 26th at Maryland International Raceway... I know I will. We should all meet up and chill or something.

i'll be there with a couple from team trinity, only showing 1 car though. the GST with custom paint job. Hopefully it'll take home another 1st place.

We were there. Did you stop by the trailer? I can't remember. We had so many damn problems it was unreal. I think my girl went down there and took some shots of Team Trinity. I know someone from Team Trinity came over and holla'd at us, but I was busy chasing gremlins with the cars. It was an okay weekend with the exception of the fact that we had so many car problems. We'll be back.....and hopefully we'll be out stronger than we have been before!

yeah i remember seeing you guys. but im not sure who it was that came to talk to you all. you seemed a little busy talking to others when myself and justin were walking around. we did talk to the guy with the green 2G that ran 10.72s pointed out the exhaust manifold nut that was missing.

I came down and talked to you guys on Saturday, the hottest day of the weekend. I didnt talk to long cause I saw a few of those gremlins you were fighting. Hope you guys get everything worked out before the next race.

For starters: Those I was not able to pay my full attention to, I'm sorry. I try to devote as much time as I can to those who want to talk/hangout/bullshit, etc. This time, however, I had more things go wrong than I could keep up with. For some reason, we go out testing and nothing goes wrong. When we show up at events, all kinds of things start going awry. Two cars, two turbos going bad at the same time. We fixed some oil leaks on the fwd car (for some reason a lot of people are calling it the "Gray Ghost") and took it back out on Sunday. Brand new tranny, ACT with ZERO runs on it......had no 2nd, no 4th. It's the shifter.....we've narrowed that down. Fixed that (well, put a band aid on it, anyway) went back up during open session......now the steel braided fuel hose has a split in it! Never made another pass. We'll continue to fight these problems, and I encourage anyone who is interested in our cars/team to stop by and holla at us. We'll see you guys Sept. 22 at Englishtown's DSM Day!

We keep smiling, and keep working hard. We've added a new member to the crew, one who kicks ass as a general mechanic that can fix almost anything. We've added all the right components to Sandra's car, now we just need to make them all work together. People keep asking for pics of the cars on the track/going down the track, etc, but I hardly ever remember stuff like that. Now, we just need some racing luck, which seems to be hard to come by these days.

haha i hear that. yeah i got some pics and videos but i cant seem to get them loaded while at work in iraq . go figure. so i'll try something else tomorrow or later this weekend.

Okay....I'm guilty. Stock suspension in both cars. She has been really on me to change the suspension in her car, but I can't seem to find any 1G coilovers (she WANTS coilovers) that aren't $1500+. If any of you can find some for less than a million dollars, please let me know.

On a side note: I just talked to my chassis guy. He says I can bring my tube chassis car in on Tuesday to get fitted for the new 4g63 that's going in it. Hopefully we'll be able to at least display it by the end of the season!!
