Moroso quarter mile tryouts

I am at work and i was thinking about going to moroso after i take out my car and getting a baseline number next month and it came to mind to see if maybe a few miami dsm'ers would like to come along and we all try a pass or so ?

Just testing the waters on this idea, any opinions ?
Regardless wether it doesn't work out, i'm still going.

Just thought it would be nice to go in a big group.

i'm down man, lets come up with a date. i mean if you want to go in november than the best date for me would be the 12th since the 5th is too soon and every friday after that i have stuff to do already. i mean we could go on a wednesday but thats a long drive for you guys on a week day. let me know what you guys think. i mean we all still probably have to do work on our cars, i know i do.

I was thinking we hold off on it till december cause i really want to go but my car will be done next month and i would like to participate at the track rather than just go and watch., i really would like to become more active with participation and helping make a nice dsm turnaround, it's not easy having one person arrange it all, aka chrispy .

This also gives time to those others that have to tweak a few things on their cars to prep as well.

I was thinking early to mid december ? Anyone wanna chime in ?

ok well my only issue with december is two things. first off it's christmas break so i'm going to be heading back to new jersey for the month. and second one week in that break while i'm still here i'm swapping my drivetrain from my gsx to another gsx. so it would have to be the first week in december at the latest for me to join in. i would say even november 29th its a wednesday. let me know on that.

I dont care when but i do care about the weather it would be awsome for my car to meet the track on a cold day i mean track guys!!! i want to see at least 19psi on stock internals anyways im looking forward for either water/meth injection or go full E85!!! Ilike the idea of giving everyone a few months...

well we would like to have a cold day but i mean we would be going towards the end of november so i think any day we choose should be pretty cold. i mean i'm going to be going to the track within the next couple weeks regardless of this meet if you wanted to go.

also, i'm running about 23psi on stock internals running full e85 if that helps you make up your mind. and my car is running STRONG!

Yea but im running a 4g63 n/t engine with a nice tune on e-85 at 19psi i should be well over the 300whp mark line, already saw a guy who made it on my same setup but on e85, he even got away with a few 30psi passes witch weeks later when he pulled the head apart it had broke ring lands on all 4 pistons but im not up for that .

i'm not too sure about entering an event since this is my first time taking the car out with the new setup. but i mean hey, we'll see when we get there. maybe i'll feel lucky ;-) hahaha

oh and yes, i just went on pbir's website and their is test and tune tomorrow. phew
