1G CV Boot Replacement Part

I usually get the Beck Arnley versions from Rockauto as mentioned. They seem to be closest to OE quality I have seen.

Speaking of CV boots!
I got a part number off Rockauto and ordered on Amazon.
I was looking for the front right inner boot. Came up with Beck/Arnley PN: 103-2517
Went to install it and realized the larger diameter side of the boot doesnt fit!
My axle thingy is round and the boot has 3 small indentations.
So what part is wrong? The boot or my axle?

This is the correct boot for an INNER front right and left boot on a 1G AWD Turbo DSM, to fit the inner tripod joint, as opposed to the outer ball joint, which uses a different boot, also same for right and left (despite what most vendors claim). It's what I used on my '92 Talon Tsi AWD. It fit just fine and has held up since.
