When I turn my car on and right before I start it my fuel pump is not priming. This has been happening for awhile it has just never been an issue until I started to drive it more. When the car is completely cold it fires right up but if I pull in somewhere and leave before it completely cools off it takes a couple of cranks and a little bit of gas to start. I first found out that its not priming when I changed my fuel filter and it did not squirt fuel when I turned on the ign. Is there some wires I can test to see if Im not getting the signals I need or any other help on fixing it (like getting a rewire kit)
The fuel pump on these cars do not turn on untill you start cranking the engine. There are other ways to prime the pump via a plug ( fuel pump test plug in engine bay) and dsmlink.
