my first big problem

So i was driving my car home from work today and when i got off the highway my idle just started to act up it shot straight up to 4k so I shut the car off waited a few mins and turned it back on it would barely idle it would just miss fire and run like crap. When driving it isn't that bad other then when I push in the clutch to shift the rpms jump up like crazy. It is also running very rich. I feel like it is my iac but would that cause he weird miss fire at low rpms or even a vacuum leak.

If it runs differently and not just a change in RPM then it shouldn't be ISC or FIAV. Those both use metered air. This sounds more like a leak somewhere.

I found the problem it was my intake manifold. The gasket was blown out of the part on the near the coil.
