Ok so I am new to working on my own vehicle and also to DSM's. I bought a 1995 Eclipse GSX 5 speed, knowing that the turbo was going out of the car. While I was driving it home I pushed in the clutch to downshift and that is when the car died. I got it back to my house the next day and took apart the Timing belt cover and also the lower cover to the timing belt. The "B" belt has broke and also the timing belt has had teeth chewed off of it. I have bought a "B" belt and also a new timing belt for my 4g63. I have put the new "B" belt on and also the new timing belt on today. I went to fire it up and all of the cranks turned and are in time but the OIL PUMP SPROCKET never moved while turning the key. Is there any way I would be able to fix this problem? I have heard that I can buy a Balance shaft eliminator kit that will not require the "B" belt anymore and also get rid of the Oil Pump Sprocket. I have all the special tools required to set the timing belt in time. In me purchasing the Balance Shaft Eliminator kit will it fix my problem of the Oil Pump Sprocket?

. I said that we have put everything on and everything was lined up BESIDES the oil pump sprocket. I jumped in the car and then went to turn it over and it made a sound but didn't since the oil pump sprocket is frozen up.
