well it looks like you are running lean. you said that the AF ratio logged is from a wide band right? also you are pushing your injectors over the %80 mark so its time for some bigger ones. what are you boosting 23/24 psi?

AEM wideband and AEM 3.5 bar MAP are logged.

The basics look very nice. I see you've run through the MAF dial-in procedure pretty well too.

You may be running a bit lean up top, though. The AEM is reporting an average of 11.2:1 on your pull. On pump gas, that's probably a bit lean. It's not clear why the mixture went a bit lean there, though. Estimated A/F ratio matches pretty well during closed loop, so that makes me think the WB is reading right and your injector properties are fine. But then at WOT, the measured starts to diverge a bit.

I might actually suggest raising the upper MAFComp sliders that you currently have set for -16.4% to about -10%. That will make BoostEst go a little higher than measured, but I'd rather see wideband readings match estimate A/F ratio.

Once you've done that, you can try swapping in the EVO8 timing tables to get a little better "base" to tune from. Just hit the bottom of this page for details on that.

Also, I noticed that you have set your min-octane tables to match the max-octane tables in direct access. You can actually do the same thing by just checking the "Enable MinOct maps as secondary maps" checkbox on the "AuxMaps" tab. Just leave the other check boxes below that unchecked so that you end up never using the MinOct maps at all.

Awesome, I will do the above and let you know what I come up with !

Thanks alot for the help so far,
Frank

Injectors are fine at that IDC. But like Tom says it looks pretty good. Setting to the evo timing will make it a lot smoother. I would richen it up a little to around 10.9 and add some boost. Looks good.
