Man i'm really having a hard time here with this car

. I played with the tps, and had it close to right, and then i tried to get it perfect, and i messed it up, but i will fix that. The thing that is irritating me is that my damn tune changes daily. About an hour ago i was wot, and looked at the wb, and it was reading high 12's-13's


. I didnt touch anything. I had the a/f ratio dialed in around 11.3:1, and all of a sudden it does this. My car is missing on #3 cylinder now

Hopefully a bad spark plug. I've been having another problem where i keep having to gap my plugs down to avoid sputtering. Well now i have them gapped all the way down to.018, and the sputter is back. What should i do?
