My first log...

Well my mod profile is up to date. I have an AFPR going in tomorrow. I just changed out the spark plugs with some new NGK BPR6ES. I have my Hallman MBC@14psi and I have an Autometer 30/30 boost gauge. I also am throwing a TPS code and my logger says I am at 6.6-7.0% open when I am not touching the gas. I am using MMCd 1.8g. This is a 3rd gear pull... Sorry, posting logs on here sucks...

damn that's running lean. you need something to tune with. looks like you're hitting 100% duty cycle at the peak rpm though so i dunno. you'd think it would be rich running that pump without an afpr. post up another one after you put on the afpr. try turning the boost down a couple psi too and see if that supresses some of that knock.

For one, you are running out of injectors. Your max duty cycle on that run is about 105.7%. Not good. Most people don't recommend running your injectors above 80%. Running the 14b @ 14psi shouldn't max out your injectors, so I'm going suggest that you do a leak check.

Well not only am I throwing that TPS code, I also have an exhaust leak/crack in either my manifold or o2 housing... Or a dead gasket somewhere in there. I ran 3/4 can of seafoam through and the remnants were spewing out from under the heatshield when I turned the car on... So I'm going to make a day of it and pull all of that out to find out what's bad and replace it... My guess is cracked manifold since it is a 13 year old 1G manifold...

So I got my AFPR in today, set the fuel pressure to about 39psi with the vacuum line off, idled the car for about 20 mins, checked for leaks and found none. Then I went back out for another log. Same conditions as above, 3rd gear pull, ECU throwing TPS code, only this time with my AFPR installed.

Now, can a cracked manifold or O2 housing really cause that much of a false number in my O2 reading? I noticed that my AFRs in the power RPMs went from 0.86V on my first log to 0.84V on my second, which is worse, and still really lean... And I was getting more knock on my second log also... I know I have lifters from 1994, but christ! Any ideas?

According to my logger, when the car is at the ON position, but not running, it says -5*... That's the correct position right?
