I finally found time to go out and do some runs with the new turbo. what do you guys think? These pretty decent numbers for my mods?

Thanks,

I just took my dad out for a ride and it was like 37 degrees or a little colder. Now I dled it for about 1 minute then drove it for like 5 min and then floored it and my check engine light came on (knock). Would the cold and me not letting it warm up enough cause this?

thanks,

I'm currious why your WB reads as lean as it does (11:1) with only -2% taken out above 5500rpm. 83% IDC seems a little high for 680cc's at 34lb/min airflow. I was thinking Injector global/dead time was off, but you seem to have your LTFTlow perfectly on target. Is your base fuel pressure set?

I don't see any reason why the CEL would have come on. Is there anything in your DTC? Knock never came up past 1raw, and coolant stayed pretty consistant at 206. The CEL shouldn't have been activated.

Where you spraying water? What nozzle/pump do you have?

I haven't ever checked my fuel pressure so I don't know what exactly it is set at. I didn't ever have and CEL come up or anything that is why it was confusing to me. Someoe had said that it might be the exhaust or something vibrating loud since it's could causing it to pick on knock, does that make sense?

I am spraying right after the intercooler with a m5 and right before the throttle body with an m4. I have a 150psi pump.

What do you think about thoe numers (airflow and hp) are they about right for my set up or do you think they are a little low compared to other people's?

Thanks,

On an FP3052? No, you are no where near the potentual of that turbo, Your not even at where a 16g is maxed out.

I'm confused. Wich one happend?

So your running a dual nozzel (M4-M5) 150psi injection system? What are you injecting? I'm guessing H20 becasue if you were injecting any combination of Meth/h20 you would be leaning the fuel sliders more. What are your LTFT's & STFT's look like? Are they both dead on? Are you still on the stock fuel pressure regulator? Did you rewire yor fuel pump?

Wou wont be able to turn the boost up on that turbo (shows 16-17psi is that correct?) untill you figure out why your IDC are so high, unless you switch to 100% meth to help bring down thoes IDC's.

I'm running washer fluid right now, I didn't lean out the fuel in order to get more timing and I haven't seen anything positive come from that on my previous runs. I know it's suppose to increase hp but I never noticed anything much.

I am currently runing 19.5 psi which it shows in the log at 5500 rpms. So why are my airflow numbers so low what would cause this? I don't have any boost leaks. Is it because I don't have cams what numbers are people seeing right now? I just talked to a guy and he had 50 more whp with 272's and 24 psi so I thought I was looking pretty good.

Your not going to see the big airflow numbers until you start running big boost.

Your tune looks great, I would go ahead andd turn it up, although you might have to back off the timing alittle.

Just watch your IDC's though as they are high.
