What does it look like I need to do when I get a SAFC? My boost is set at 15 and my lower honeycomb is removed (which i should have never done). This is a third gear pull. My car is an auto, by the way.

You don't need an AFC unless you're tuning larger injectors. Right now I'd consider a better fuel pump if you still have the stocker. Either that or you can back down the boost since the knock counts get pretty high (15 counts). Back it down 1-2 psi and re-log it.

i'll take it down to 12psi tomorrow and get another log.

since my lower honeycomb is missing, wouldn't it help to richen it up a bit with an AFC though?

*edit* now that i think about it, that probably wouldn't be too good of an idea since im getting really high IDCs.

Wow, this is the second log I've looked at today with a jumpy TPS??? Might want to take a look at adjusting the TPS first.

well i have an automatic. i dont know if that has anything to do with it. and at idle, it's at 11.3%. do i still need to adjust it?

That's about right for idle on a 1g, but I'm not sure why it's jumping around like that????

that's what i was thinking. i know it's in the right place at idle. maybe i need to get a new tps. when i do logs, i try to keep the gas mashed to the floor as hard as possible until just before redline so i don't see why it would drop like that.

alright, went out and got a new one. replaced the ecu with my old automatic one and turned the boost down to 12. looks a lot better but my IDC is still too high. looks like i'll be getting a fuel pump soon.

Hang on.....I saw that you are running an automatic, but have 450's listed in your profile? Did you swap them with a manual? If not, then you are running the 390cc injectors, not the 450's.

I can see the IDC's being high with no fuel mods and a 16g.

I would definately do an injector and fuel pump upgrade before you go too far. Here is a package that has everything you need and I think you save about $50 or so getting it this way:

http://store.straightlinespecialties.com/product_info.php?cPath=65&products_id=165

$590 for a SAFC, injectors and fuel pump.

i do have 450s from a manual. im getting a safc on tuesday next week and probably a fuel pump next month. i still dont know if i should just go with a 190 or get a 255 and an afpr. i wanna get the 255 because it'll be better in the long run but if i do that, it just means im gonna have to wait another month to get the afpr.

That really depends on your ultimate goals. Check out this thread and then compare it to the flow of the largest turbo you see yourself running. If you are sticking with the EVO III 16g, then a rewired 190 will be fine.
