Help my friend tune afc with logs

I'm posting this for a friend because he is a newbie and can't post in here so can you guys help him out..... The car will not hold and hits fuel cut as shown. The boost is at 18psi. The car was floored the whole time and when fuel cut hit i did not let off.log went to 6800rpms.. The car is a dog and was faster when i had no fmic or piping at 21psi...

**Boost leak test done, spark plugs gapped to .028... Very confused...Take fuel out..

Should i do a run with -15 across all the high throttle???
 
Did you verify that the TPS is >90% ?

Assuming that you are talking about a 2g, go right to -15% and make a pull. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. :thumb:

Oh, and are you sure that it's FC? If it is FC, it should feel like you just ran into a brick wall.

EDIT -> dsmsucks is correct, you should invest in an AFPR.
